Allowances are within an agreed statement of work. Custom connectors, extensive migration and bespoke workflows are separately scoped. Defect correction and security updates are not deducted from the service/configuration hours.
Where PolyACE is included, the package includes the 24/7 Receptionist Agent for one agreed web-chat or email deployment, enquiry capture and configured human handoff. Voice, SMS, provider charges and additional channels are separately quoted. Automated availability does not imply 24/7 human support or a contractual uptime guarantee.
These are proposed launch allowances, subject to technical metering and cost validation before contracting.

Interaction definitions, model/token limits and channel counting will be agreed before launch. Long research, agent runs and specialised processing require separate allowances. Initial ingestion is scoped in onboarding. Top-ups and channel fallback are agreed in advance; no unannounced overages. Allowances do not roll over.
Configure further through Discovery
PolyResearch, PolyMedia, PolyCostIQ, PolyTeacher, PolyAgents and PolyPA can be added where relevant. Their users, usage, availability and configuration are confirmed separately. Enterprise and government deployments receive an individually scoped proposal.

Discovery, agreed data preparation, configuration, permissions, integrations, testing and training. Starting budgets depend on clean source data and defined scope.
Suggested milestones: 40% on commencement, 40% at user acceptance readiness, 20% at agreed acceptance/go-live.
Annual arrangements
A 12-month term paid monthly keeps the headline rate. Annual prepayment receives 5% off eligible recurring fees.
The discount excludes onboarding, pass-through charges and usage top-ups. Contract terms confirm renewal, cancellation and refunds.
