This policy applies to your use of the PolyGroup website and its enquiry services. Acceptable use of the Poly platforms themselves is set out in the service agreement for each engagement, which prevails over this policy for deployed services.

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure, or data belonging to others;
• interfere with the operation of the website, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it;
• submit enquiries that are false, misleading, or made in another person’s name without authority;
• use our enquiry forms to send unsolicited promotional material; or
• systematically scrape or harvest content or data from the website.

We may restrict or block access to the website where we reasonably believe this policy is being breached, and we may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
